Unique water recycling method

Water is in grave danger. It's often said that if the third world war would ever be fought, it would be for water. It's so important to conserve water. We had always kept this in our working give it back to the nature. Therefore, we have developed one of the most unique water recycling techniques that helps to reduce suspended load in process water from 40,000 p.p.m. to 1,500 p.p.m. thus making the water re-useable.

At one of our sites in India, we have reduced the E.T.P. load in form of BOD & COD to the extent of 5,000 mg/lit. The total reduction the solid load of E.T.P. by 3,700 kg/day. That's quite huge.

Re-use of water helps us conserve considerable amount of water. It results in reduction in the use of energy that requires to source the water.

It's our prime objective to to achieve optimum goals for our clients. And therefore, we are committed to arrive at a technology in which there will be zero liquid and solid waste due to extraction, conversion and using it judiciously. This is the state of the art technology developed and we are proud to have achieved a milestone in the third world.

Spray dried Starch

Siddharth Starch has installed a spray drying unit with water evaporating capacity of 240 lit/hour at our world class facility. This unit adheres to the WHO norms and follows the CGMP practices. This is a very important technology that has made the native Potato Starch most suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications. We are on a continuous research mode in developing pre-gelatinized, alcohol blended starches for specific applications.
